Agreement
These terms govern access to Sned. By installing or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of the merchant business you represent.
You must be able to enter this agreement, be authorized to act for the merchant, and be authorized to connect the Shopify and Meta accounts used with Sned. The service is intended for business use.
The service
Sned combines authorized Shopify catalog, inventory, and order data with authorized Meta advertising data. It presents product-level metrics, data-quality signals, historical Waste Audit scenarios, and Prune, Preserve, or Protect recommendations.
Sned is a decision-support tool, not an attribution provider, advertising agency, financial adviser, or guarantee of campaign results. Merchants remain responsible for their stores, advertising activity, connected accounts, and commercial decisions.
Merchant control and responsibilities
Sned may perform supported product-set actions when a merchant expressly confirms them or enables an eligible automation on a supported plan. It does not edit campaign budgets, targeting, or creative. Provider permissions, behaviour, and availability can affect whether an action succeeds.
- Keep connected accounts secure and maintain only authorized connections.
- Provide accurate merchant, billing, and contact information.
- Review the evidence, affected products, and confirmation text before approving an action.
- Do not place personal, confidential, or sensitive information in product notes or free-text fields.
- Use Sned lawfully and in accordance with Shopify and Meta terms.
Plans and billing
Paid self-serve access is billed through Shopify. The available plan, trial, renewal amount, billing interval, and charge terms are shown in Shopify before approval. Marketing-page prices remain informational until Shopify presents the corresponding charge.
Plans may differ by product limits, analysis window, refresh cadence, action access, history, and support. You can cancel using controls Shopify provides or by uninstalling the app. Approved charges, refunds, taxes, and adjustments are subject to Shopify's billing rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to Sned.
- Do not circumvent security, access, rate, plan, or billing controls.
- Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or test for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Do not use Sned to violate law, platform rules, sanctions, privacy rights, or another party's rights.
Availability and third parties
Sned depends on Shopify, Meta, hosting, database, and network services outside our control. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.
We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta, preview, and early-access functionality may change or be withdrawn. Where a change materially affects paid core functionality, notice will be provided when reasonably possible or required.
Ownership and merchant data
Sned's software, design, documentation, and brand assets remain the property of the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business operations while your access remains active.
As between the parties, merchants retain their rights in merchant data. You authorize us and our providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and comply with law for the service, as described in the Privacy statement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sned is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee advertising performance, savings, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy or availability of data supplied by Shopify, Meta, merchants, or other third parties.
Waste Audit is a historical scenario based on observed data and configured rules. It does not prove causation or guarantee that a product decision will produce a particular result.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost advertising opportunity, loss of goodwill, third-party interruption, or merchant-approved action. Aggregate liability relating to Sned will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Ending use, law, and contact
You may stop using Sned, disconnect Meta, or uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, misuse of provider access, or unpaid approved charges. Provisions that should continue by their nature remain in effect.
Data handling after termination is described in Privacy and the data deletion instructions.
Sned is operated by Go Above The Line Limited in New Zealand.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. For service or billing questions, email hello@snedhq.com. For privacy requests, email hello@snedhq.com.
